Angus Horner established Prorsus in 2009. Angus is a Chartered Surveyor who for a decade and a half has been successfully leading design, planning, professional, agency, marketing and project finance teams.
In 2011 Prorsus founded a consortium that secured an exclusive contract to buy Pfizer's 3 million sq ft Research & Development Campus in Kent.
In 2013 Prorsus and Partners acquired the Private Sector half share in Harwell Campus. This globally renowned science, innovation and technology campus close to Oxford extends to more than 700 acres, with over 6,000 researchers and staff already on site, inside over 200 organizations.
